Apartment’s size vary from 43 to 94 sqm.
Nursery school in via Vivi Gioi
The Di Veroli group has recently completed a nursery school in via Vivi Gioi in the district of Ottavia. The project is one of the first realized as urbanization works required by RomeMunicipality for the Program of Urban Recovery (Articoli 11) Palmarola-Selva Candida. The kindergarten consist of two parallel wings with classrooms and the spaces devoted to services (kitchen, locker rooms, spaces for the personnel) and a central body in communication with the great garden, a solar greenhouse where children can have their activity in every season of the year. Great attention has been set in the choice of the materials and systems typologies, not only from the aesthetical point of view but, above all, using the most advanced technical of “bio-building” as for energetic saving, water saving, protection from the acoustic pollution.The kindergarten has been delivered in March 11th 2009 to the representatives of the authorities.

Di Veroli Group and Carval Investments have founded a new company IMMOVALORE, which is to become a leading operator in the asset management of commercial and residential real estate assets in Rome and the areas nearby. The initial goal of IMMOVALORE is that of a strategic advisor: sourcing and evaluating the opportunistic and value added real estate investments primarily for the account of Di Veroli and Carval Investments. It will also provide with management and administrative services. GDV, on the other hand, will provide IMMOVALORE with basic technical and project management services.GDV has a preemption for the custody of the assignments, for the contracts ofconstruction works and for the marketing of the future real estate projects that will be undertaken by the joint venture of Di Veroli and Carval Investments.

Experience Room,feather in the cap of Melià Roma Aurelia Antica, won the 26th edition of Gold Key Award for “guest room” category, during the “international Hotel, Motel and Restaurant Show” in New York. The exclusive plan, of architect Emanuele Valentini, result of a very precise way to conceive the space and interior the design, is based on the search of the senses The 4 natural elements (water, air, earth and fire) become the object of the perception, and renders this room unique in its kind. All materials used in the “wellbeing” suite arenatural and anti-allergic. The room is furnished with one double bathtub jacuzzi, relaxing bed, chromotherapic shower with coloured waterfall and soft music. Inside the suite, as an absolute innovation, two “compass roses”, perfume diffusers that combine four difference scents with various intensity according to the host taste. The fragrances accompany themselves with four light beams that match colour and scents. The purpose of the project has been to realize a room in which the perception of all senses, sight, smell, touch, hearing, became the topic of the conception of the room itself.
